Pre-Orders & Backorders

Certain high-demand items (including Alpha Drops or limited-batch products) may be offered as pre-orders or backorders. By placing a pre-order you agree that:

  • Estimated shipping timeframes may vary

  • Orders containing pre-orders and in-stock items may be shipped together or separately at our discretion or at your request

  • Jas Choc covers additional shipping on split deliveries unless otherwise stated

6. ORDER ACCURACY, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders Not Yet Dispatched

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, contact us immediately at info@jaschoc.com.
We can only cancel orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Because pre-orders reserve limited stock:

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as your product may already be allocated

Orders Already Shipped

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or operational reasons. A full refund will be issued if this occurs.
