Jed grew up on the Central Coast of NSW with an entrepreneurial streak that showed up long before he had a name for it. From a young age, he felt a natural pull toward creating things that genuinely helped people feel better in their bodies, minds and relationships.
Where Chocolate Meets Wellness
Through his own health and fitness journey, Jed discovered what most people never question: not all chocolate is created equal. Premium cacao can elevate mood, support vitality and improve overall wellbeing. That realisation lit a spark, and JAS CHOC was born from the idea that chocolate could taste incredible and do something meaningful for people.
The First Creations
Jed’s first formulation blended high-grade cacao with natural, research-backed botanicals known for their uplifting and aphrodisiac qualities — a premium, dairy-free chocolate designed for everyone.
His second innovation was the Extra Strength White Chocolate: bold, potent and made for those who like their wellness with intensity. Not for the faint-hearted, but perfect for the adventurous.
Alpha Drops & Unexpected Discoveries
Next came Alpha Drops. Originally created as a workout-focused blood-flow formula, they quickly revealed a more enjoyable side benefit and soon earned their reputation well beyond the gym.

Jed didn’t want the brand to feel one-sided, so he followed his inventor’s instinct again and created Desire Mist — designed to enhance warmth, affection, closeness and that unmistakable sense of bliss.
