🚚 JAS CHOC – SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your Jas Choc order as quickly and safely as possible.
Below is our complete shipping information, including processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect during peak periods.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or product launches (especially Alpha Drops), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page.

2. SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping is applied to orders over $100 AUD (if enabled).

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together or separately.

    • If shipped separately, Jas Choc covers the additional shipping fee unless stated otherwise.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days

  • Express shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days

  • International shipping: Varies by country (additional customs or duties may apply)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or carrier disruptions.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

5. SHIPPING ISSUES & DELAYS

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers are outside our control.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  • Contact the courier first using your tracking number

  • Then contact us at info@jaschoc.com and we will assist where possible

We always aim to help resolve issues quickly.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If you entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we can correct it

  • If it has shipped, we cannot reroute it

  • Reshipping fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us

7. WARM WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS

Chocolate is sensitive to heat.
During warm months we:

  • Pack orders with care

  • Ship early in the week where possible

  • Avoid leaving parcels in courier depots over weekends

Please bring your parcel indoors promptly on delivery.

8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International shipments may incur import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
