What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we can update it.
If it has shipped, we can’t redirect it and reshipping fees may apply if it comes back to us.
Do you ship in hot weather?
Yes — but chocolate is sensitive to heat.
We pack orders carefully, avoid weekend depot holds, and recommend bringing parcels inside quickly upon delivery.
